The Process

1. Complete Customer Info form (feel free to search our site for ideas while you wait)
2. Response received from travel company within 24 hours
3. We will work with you to put together a tailor made travel experience
4. We will discuss travel insurance options
5. We will have a conference to discuss pricing
6. Once you agree to pricing we will discuss the payment options available to you then you will be directed to the site to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form for payments. (This short form will need to be filled out every time you make a payment)
7. You will receive an email with confirmation and trip details/itinerary. (Please review for accuracy)
8. Upon final payment (typically 60 days prior to your trip) we will check in to assure that all your needs have been met. If your scheduled for one of our group trips there will be scheduled conference calls to discuss details and FAQ’S
